I live in a rental home and was looking for an inexpensive way to "Freshen Up" the house for the spring/summer weather.

Once I found and received Roberts quote I forwarded on to my Landlord, simply for approval before I scheduled the appointment.

I am lucky enough to have both found Robert & also to have such a great Landlord who was so impressed with his estimate ... she was willing to give his services a try.

The house looks brand new! The roof literally changed colors & is not even the color I originally thought it was lol!

Robert and his team arrived on time, were very friendly ... quickly began to clean the roof, all of the siding on the home, including the windows/porch, not to forget the sidewalk & even picked up/discarded all of the various debris!

Once he was completed, he walked me around the entire house to be sure I was completely satisfied!

Robert the owner is awesome. His work is above and beyond. Our house looks beautiful. A beautiful soft wash, no blasting water getting behind our siding which can cause mold. Robert did a wonderful job. He cleaned the siding all around my house. It looks absolutely great! I also had the side walks and back patio done. It is so much nicer than any other company that I've ever used. My house looks brand new! He used a soft wash on the siding. It took off stains, marks, and discolored areas. He is very well trained- and really does know what he is doing! I am very pleased!
