As a college student who is scrounging around doing odd jobs, I think it is unfair that a disabled college student like me has to work 20 hours and go to school in order to receive food stamps. I have a wheeled backpack for my books because of a slipped disc pinching my siatic nerve in my lower back. I also am bipolar and epileptic!
