TLC Windows and Doors offer windows and doors with features and styles for replacement and/or remodel. Our product lines have been carefully chosen based on the quality of product and the quality of the manufacturer. We feature Milgard, Jeld-Wen, and Ply Gem windows and patio doors, and offer multitude of styles to suite any need both for your home and business. I stopped by their shop the guys seemed very nice. They took my information and we talked about replacing a window in my bathroom to increase circulation. I was told they would call back in about 3 days. No one called so I called the office and was told the best time to contact was before 9:30, so the next week I did that and was only able to leave a message. I went back down to the shop and they were nice enough and again I was told within a week they would call to schedule an appointment. It has been a grand total of three weeks with no response. Bad customer service and thanks for wasting my time! I like to stay local and I'll try another company!

At the recommendation of my plumber, I stopped by their shop. The guys seemed very nice. They took my information and we talked about the shower-surround that I needed, but they never called. A week later I called them and was told I would hear back around 2:00 pm that day... 3 days later they still have not called back.I'll try another company now that I've wasted 10 days fiddling with TLC Windows and Doors.
