I would not recommed this company for preparing income taxes. My Federal Income taxes were not done correctly. The preparer made a costly mistake and she didn't seem to be sorry for it at all. Remember that even if the preparer makes the mistake, it is the tax payer who is held responsible. This preparer is not certified and doesn't seem to be up to date with the rules and regs the IRS changes every year. Also, I was never informed that she would E-file my return. She charged an additional $45.00 for what she claims as IRS regulation for the e-file. I feel I should have been aware of the e-file... i would have opted out of it, she never gave me the opportunity. I do not recommend this company.
