General Practitioners

• Primary Care
  Many insurance companies require a referral from your primary care physician in order to cover the costs of your appointment. To save you time and money, please check with your primary care physician and your insurance carrier before calling for an appointment. It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure the required referral has been made.
• Emergency Care
  If you have a medical emergency please call 911 and go to the closest emergency room. If your emergency requires urologic care, our urologist will be available to the doctors at the emergency room either by phone or they will come in to the emergency room to see you. Please go to the emergency room if you are having any of the following symptoms: severe pain, unable to urinate, or uncontrollable bleeding.

Internists

• Urology
  Your time with the doctor is very important to you and to Northwest Columbus Urology. In order to allow sufficient time for your visit, the doctor sees patients by appointment only. You can call the Marysville or Delaware office to schedule an appointment during normal business hours.

Surgeons

• Vasectomy
  There are some elective procedures that are not generally covered by all insurance carriers. Vasectomy and vasectomy reversal are two of the most common. If you find that you are having such a procedure and it is not a benefit of your insurance policy, we will quote you a price for the procedure. Payment must be made in full prior to the procedure being performed.
