Our commitment is to offer the best service at lowest price to our customers. History Established in 1984. It all started with 12 year old Spencer Hampy wanted a paper route. His father Bill told him that a paper route wouldn't be a good fit for him and asked his son to come up with something he could do on his own time. Spencer came up with the idea of locksmithing, so his dad helped build a cart with a key machine, for Spencer to pull behind his bike and 12 year old Spencer became a locksmith.
