      Stermer has HistoryBad) looked up license

      Looked up Dr. stermer at dhp.virginia..gov with his license no. 0401003431 and he has history of lying, kissing and hugging patients without their consent plus bad work on patients teeth. Board stated others were getting ready to file complaints.
