Been a customer for years and I developed chronic back pain. I could no longer get in and out of the tanning bed. I told the staff I needed to cancel the membership and they said I needed to pay an extra month and a $5 cancellation fee. Since I was current I did not feel that I should have to Pay for something that I could not use. I requested to speak to a manager. the manager would not call me back. Today, the manager is saying that I still owe this month 's Fee and the cancellation fee for a Total of $37.99 just to close the account, plus I should have to submit a cancellation form. What a rip-off. Be aware what you sign up for!
