Showed up 45 minutes late to the appointment. I had to call them to verify they were even coming which I thought was extremely unprofessional. They spent around 20min doing the appraisal of the house and property(over 5k sf). It then took nearly two weeks for them to turn in the appraisal and they appraised the house 100k under the value. The bank dismissed their appraisal and deemed it inefficient, so it was a total waste of money. I would never recommend them, very unprofessional on all accounts.
