I've never had a problem
except for 2 times. Once i was given gravy wet cat food when I requested pate' and the boxes were both purple. So understandable. The second time, which they cannot help they were out of my dry cat food. The online website said supplies were low and for me to hurry and order. Which i placed my order immediately. I called the store and told them i was not sure when i would be able to return the wet can and they offered no remedy. I paid Grub Hub to deliver the dry and they delivered my wet free i suppose bc it was my first time ordering. I do recommend! I have used Pet Smart since the beginning of the pandemic. I at times will deliver from Amazon, but i thInk they raised their prices. Pet Smart has not!!!
