No Stars this place is a joke. I went there today at 11:30 (they open at 10:00). The drive thru has been down for months, just a sign that says pull to the window. So you go to the window and need to know what you want because there is no menu. Today I waited 5 minutes, finally someone opened the window and said they were closed. A half an hour later they were still closed. Bad or lack of management and I guess no help to run the place. What place has a broken drive thru for well over a year. Just close down and give someone else a chance. couldn't submit 0 stars had to pick one

This place does not even deserve the one star I'm implied to rate! This place is ridiculous! Soda machines down, don't get orders right, pure ignorance from the coworkers! I'm disgusted. Will not reccommend to ANYONE! Never again will I go back!

Definitely needs better management. Had to wait over 20 minutes one time for an order and it was still messed up when I received it. Complained. Was sent rebate checks for my order, then had to wait nearly 30 minutes on that order. Haven't been back to try it since.
