In addition to offering Swedish and deep tissue table sessions, I provide specialized chair massage. With most chair massages ranging from 15-30 minutes, I am able to create a moment within a short period of time where you are refreshed, recharged and ready to refocus on your day, all at an affordable rate. It's not just about using my hands, but it's my heart as well. I am able to help my clients find comfort to relax their mind, body and spirit so they may breathe a little more deeply, see just a little more clearly and feel like life is a tad more manageable.
