Do not stay here!!! When I checked in they put a credit authorization on my credit card. A few days later they tried to put another 200 then the whole amount. Since it didn't go through the cancelled my key card and would not allow me into my room to get a different card or even call the credit card company to find out why. I had to use my bank card. Once I was able to get back in my room a 5 minute call fixed everything. I told them about the multiple authorizations someone tried to do but they denied it. They then were able put the whole amount on my credit card. At that point they were suppose to credit my bank account. I have been home for almost a week. They took the money out for the hotel room but have not put it back. What is really horrible is this was a company trip. Our company always has at least 30 people staying at any given time. Poor Management. Poor Customer Service. Poor Billing Department.
