We pawned my husband's tool set for 3 days, when we got it back half his wrenches were missing. They never returned my calls and when we went in they were very rude and refused to replace them. Very crappy business!!

I just purchased 20 DVD's yesterday and one of the boxes was empty. Now today 3/24/2009, the phone number on the receipt is incorrect and the one listed online is not in service. Not very good business to give false information. They told me the DVD's were guaranteed, but didn't tell me,only if I can get a hold of them. HA HA HA
