Don't be fooled by the fancy website, this facility is all about maximizing profit margins even if it is at the expense of your loved ones. The Residency Agreement that you sign includes a right for them to terminate "with or without cause". If you spend even a modest amount of time visiting your family member you will find plenty to complain about. Be warned that too many complaints for the family will result in the issuance of a termination letter. I know this first hand, although Elmcroft will try to cover themselves by stating that the resident has medical or health needs that can no longer be met by the "community". Rather than addressing issues with their staff members and/or increasing staffing levels in order to provide an acceptable level of care, they choose to evict the resident with 30 days notice. If you truly care about your family member, this is not the place for them...
