Called Dunn & Seibert for a service call involving my refrigerator never imagined it would be 95$ for a service call but understood being that they had to come out.The service guy later handed me a bill for 245.00 I also was unhappy about that of course but was excited of the thought that my refrigerator would be working properly.While the service guy was working UI asked him to fix the ice maker also at the end of the service call everything seemed to work properly,to my surprise about a week later the ice would not despense again I immediatly called Dunn &Seibert again the date of this call was 11/29/12 a gentlemen answered the phone I told him my concerns nad he was very rude and insisted that I would again have to pay for something I had already paid for.The appliances that we as customer buy from these businesses are expensive but we need these appliances and its not the fact that the refrigerator is still broken its the fact that the gentlemen that answered the phone at 8a.m this morning waws very rude to a cutomer.

Locally owned and operated. They service what they sell in a timely manner. They stand behind what they sell. I've bought from them for nearly 20 years. It's a far better experience in the long run than a chain store and their prices are competitive. Nothing is banged up when it comes out of the box and you call them directly for service not some third party subcontracted repair guy. They can usually have anything available that's not in stock on a few days. As a builder, I need suppliers I can count on. Dumb & Seibert is first rate I'm every way.

Dunn & Seibert has their own TV repair service.I bought a TV online that the picture went out on after 15 months .It has been over 1 month so far and I have not been able to get it fixed. Dunn & Seibert delivered me a new TV an set it up for free! If I need service I only have to call the store. I do not have to call several different businesses,get work orders,then wait all day for someone to maybe show up! It pays to shop at your hometown businesses!!!! Thank you Dunn & Seibert's.
