Although the in salon service is ok, I was very upset when I left repeated messages saying I wanted a return call to book my next appointment and no one ever bothered to call me back. So I now go to another salon where I regularly spend $170-$230 plus a generous tip. Guess they didn't need my buisness.

I like the way they do my hair there, but I have one dislike. They are too busy and not enough staff. The staff there tries to juggle up to 3 customers at one time. Like put me under the drier and start on another color or cut and do eyebrows all at the same time. It makes you feel very uncomfortable and I am always afraid they will leave my color on too long. I feel they are too wrapped up in making money $$$ instead of taking time with each customer. I like to have a conversation with the person doing my hair. Not be stuck with a magazine the whole time. I think this is rude.

They are awesome! This is a must go to Salon to get your hair done. I love my hair when I leave there.
