Highly recommend they did a great job and came same day !

We live in Martinez, and had a broken sewer pipe,..... Called at least four other businesses, and Ernie's here in Martinez had the best prices around. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00, led by Armando who directed the group efficiently. They all had their own duties to perform and they we're all very professional. At the end they completed their jobs and our sewer was once again working.... They were friendly, courteous, and excellent workers, very professional, I would highly recommend them, and if we ever need any plumbing work done, will be sure to call them back again.

Eddie's was here for a sewer backup. They arrived within minutes of our phone call and had our sewer line cleared in no time!!! It was great getting back to normal as quickly as possible. Thanks again for your speedy services!

Josh, from Ernie's Plumbing, did an incredible job of fixing our kitchen sink! He's an A+ Plumber! He was efficient in working on my kitchen sink and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the plumbing system in my house and was able to get around the challenges that an old system presents in order to fix my sink. His working area was kept clean at all times. He had every tool that could ever be needed to get the job done! We can't thank him enough. And, of course, we highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing.

Had a drain line blockage. Josh and Pablo cleared the line and identified where the problem was with the in drain line camera. They were very efficient and courteous. I would certainly do business with them again.

My whole family uses Ernie's. My grandfather started using them first, and they've helped out many of my extended and immediate family members.



I called them this afternoon about a problem at my house in Concord and the technician arrived about 40 minutes later (very prompt). He was courteous and professional. The problem was fixed in about a half an hour and the tech double checked his work before leaving, just to be sure there were no further issues.



I would most certainly use Ernie's again.

An employee of this company by the name of Josh was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. His customer services was great and he came shortly after we called.

We have used Ernie's many times at our residence and our business and I can't say enough how great they are to work with. They are always reliable and friendly from the moment we call till the end of the service, no matter what the problem. The staff is knowledgeable and their response time is always prompt. I would highly recommend Ernie's to all my family and friends.

I have used them for plumbing issues on my older ranch house for years - including regular maintenance now for continual root problems. They are always courteous, dependable, and prompt with their service - even when there is a problem.



I also used them for a major septic tank problem at my elderly father's house that took over a week to address (including bringing in a back hoe). They were sensitive to my very recently widowed father's situation - which was huge! A great company to have helping you out - they bent over backwards to fix the situation.

I have had to use Ernie's and each time I call, I receive courteous service and can sense they are understanding of the stress and aggrevation when you need a plumber...they respond as promised (if not earlier) and are very conscientious of the mess and frustration and manage to maintain a positive focus throughout the service and leave with a smile and the plumbing problem is nothing but a memory!

Your technician, Josh, was fast, courteous, qualified and did a great job. There should be more technicians like him! Will use Ernie's Plumbing again in the future!
