I give Martin Rental absolutely NO stars. They are a terrible rental business that takes advantage of their customers. When we moved in we made a $500 deposit and after we signed the lease recieved nothing but bad service and bad attitudes. Our apartment was gorgeous, but not worth the hassle of dealing with these people. We were told on several occasions to stay away from them by other people who had rented from them, but since they pretty much monopolize the small town of Martin, we had no choice. Although our price was pretty outrageous, we thought it a good deal. But 1 month after we moved in Martin rentals increased the rent twice, which was against the lease agreement. And both rent increases were for the same excuse!! Also, repairs due to faulty appliances took about a month and constant phone calls to fix, even if they posed a danger to us living there. Then they only reimbursed us $200 of our deposit, but could not explain why. Absolutley ridiculous and a huge let-down!!!
