Iowa School of Beauty is the leader in Cosmetology education in Iowa and has five campuses located in Urbandale (Des Moines), Ankeny, Ottumwa, Marshalltown and Sioux City. We've been training professionals since 1923. Iowa School of Beauty, you can realize your dream of becoming a successful professional in cosmetology, massage therapy, esthetics, nail technology, or as an instructor. Each program provides classroom instruction and hands-on-training you'll need to launch an exciting and rewarding new career. Iowa School of Beauty will provide you with the opportunity to develop essential skills while you explore your talents, passion, and creativity. As always, there are no hidden fees with your education and your total cost is explained to you before you enroll. The Cosmetology program consists of 2100 hours of study that can be fulfilled within 60 weeks. A full-time student attends classes a minimum of 35 hours per week.
