Went to KFC n Marshall to pick up a to go order, & they decided once I got there not to take a $3 coupon that I specifically asked on the phone if they did take! The mgr said they dont take homemade redneck printed offline coupons at their establishment! Then told me that I needed to look up the difference between a franchise & a coorporation because they were a franchise & they didn't honor ANYTHING to do with the other KFC's. Then she asked me to pull forward & wait for her to call their coorporate office up north to see what to do about the matter, because she couldn't authorize giving me $3 off the meal. She said the guy that took my order over the phone & told me I could use the coupon, along with the other 3 girls that continously put me hold because they couldnt take a to go order were all new, surprisingly just started yesterday she said! I hope I never have to step foot in their "establishment" again!
