Dr. Ristau followed a career in optometry because he has a passion for helping others and has always been interested in vision and how the eye works. He encourages all patients to be comfortable asking questions and raising concerns, and he strives to find the answers to their individual set of circumstances. Outside of work, Dr. Ristau enjoys hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He is a native of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.
