I lived in a Carr Property unit from early 2009 until mid 2012. I consider myself a loyal renter that always paid on time. I decided to forget quickly and overlook many issues that we had because we had been treated fairly. Then we gave our notice to vacate. Tim was a joke on the move out inspection. Our place was cleaner than when we moved in. After over 3 years of paying rent, I was the enemy. I overlooked: - them hiring the cheapest roof contractors that left supplies (including nails) everywhere for kids to pick up and play with - their idiot maintenance group falling through my ceiling twice - our garage ceiling falling through due to the cheap contractors - our walls having a ripple to them due to severe water damage before we moved in that was not taken care of properly. There are other places to rent in town then to give hard earned money to the Carr's.
