Diabetes is a chronic disease and living with it can be difficult. Jeanette Sullivan,FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner that specializes in diabetes care. She works closely with our Diabetes Education team which consists of Registered Nurses, a Registered Dietician, and Pharmacist. Our team members who are diabetes care and education specialists are dedicated to helping you learn how to better manage your disease so you can feel your best and live a healthier, longer life. Our team can assist patients in setting realistic goals to successfully self-manage the day-to-day rigors of life with diabetes.
