Headquartered in Atlanta, the company has operations in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Infra-Metals was founded in 1990. PNA Group is a holding company for TUI AG s activities in the U.S. Other companies in the PNA Group include Delta Steel and Feralloy Corporation. Based in Germany, TUI was founded in 1923 as the holding company for non-ferrous metal mining and smelting interests.
