My dealings up to now have been good. They called me on Dec. 22 to tell me my daughters senior photos were ready. (Prepaid) We were going on vacation and they would be closed for the holidays. After the holidays, I began calling. The message on the answering machine is they are on holiday until Jan. 2. As of Jan 9, the answering maching is the same. I have called and left a message with no call back. I am concerned.
