I needed a replacement for the rubber primer button/tit (Whatever it is called) for my Honda tiller. I asked Paul's daughter if she had or could order the part. She immediately responded that she had it in stock. She knew this without having to look it up, ask someone, or anything. She was definitely invested in the business to know so much, what the piece was, and what was in stock. Within a minute of me showing her what I wanted she handed me the replacement part. Overall very good. My tiller now runs as good as when I purchased it years ago. The price was very reasonable. The phone/clerk lady was very friendly, articulate, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. The owner was great. Intelligent, friendly, and articulate. When you talked with him you knew that he was listening to you, comprehended what you were saying, and responded in a manner that indicated he was very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in repairing my tiller. ~ The only negative is that is that the repair took over two weeks when the mechanic who spoke with me when I dropped it off said three days.
