We had an agreed upon out the door price which I happily signed the agreement the day prior. I get to the closing table and they tack on a fee ($215). I asked what it was for and they couldn’t tell me what it was for.

“oh we are giving you such a good deal on this boat we can’t move the price anymore so we will just add a $215 fee and make it look like a bank fee and pad our sale”

Really what was the fee for? It’s not about the measley $215 you tried to tack on. It’s about being upfront and honest. That goes a long way in business.

I was excited for the boat. This company has no integrity and the fee they tried to tack on cost them a sale. They don’t care about me as the boat will sell and the next buyer won’t even be looking at this review.

The boat I wanted was signed and agreed upon out the door for $14600. Nothing crazy but none the less was a nice boat. It was a 2017 Lowe FM 160T (red) with a 30HP Merc. If you are in the market you can get it for $14600 plus the $215 fee they don’t have an answer for!

If there was an option for negative stars I would leave it !! Bought pre owned boat last year . First red flag was advertised with a 2006 Johnson kicker motor. Put deposit on boat get receipt and it says a 2004 Johnson ?? Called and talked to Charlie Leister basically got told too bad it's an error in the add. Get boat home finally it catches fire in the engine compartment wiring shorted out on aux sterling relays , boat never even made it into the water !! Called Charlie got laughed at and told it's your insurance claim . There was minimal damage luckily. Finally get boat in the lake won't stay running result of these clowns pumping the gas tank empty and letting it sit all winter causing condensation hence water in the gas tank. Now I was assured we have a 80 point checklist !!! I call BS. The boat would barely idle !! Secondly the kicker motor is a four stroke the gas was bluish / green. Still had fogging oil in it so obviously they did not start it up , but hey remember 80 point checklist !!! The navigation lights do not work , bulbs corroded so bad they don't make contact and no power going to them anyways but again remember folks 80 point checklist !!!! In the paper work from the owner he clearly says boat had full gas tank 105 gallons , well was empty when I got it minus the condensation in the tank. Thanks guys !!! In short if you want to deal with someone who doesn't give a sweet anything once they get your $$$$ you have most certainly come to the right place !!! Service is terrible one would question there so called 80 point inspection and who is actually doing it ? It's it actually a mechanic if so they are either lacking in their skills or attention to detail or dare i say both ?

I had a great experience buying Alumaweld boat from C&C. I live in Upstate NY so transaction was done online and over the phone. Boat came in exactly the way I ordered. Paperwork I have received was done the right way. No problems with DMV at home during the registration. Called for advice what prop to use and Dennis provided me with the info. Smooooooooth. Great people to do business with. Highly recommended.

Purchasing my boat at Camp & Cruise was a great experience. Their knowledgeable staff was able to answer all my questions and concerns about buying my new sport boat. In fact, they pointed out a few things I had not thought of the helped me get the boat that suited me and my family best.



I recommend them handily. I also appreciate that they service what they sell. Its nice knowing if I have a warranty issue I am dealing directly with the people that sold me the boat. Thats something the previous dealer couldn't offer me.

This is a great site. Great colors, easy to navigate, great used boat selection. Surprising how many different types of new boats & motors they handle. Best place in Western Michigan to look for a outboard jet boat for rivers. These guys know their stuff!
