Dealing with this company was a mistake. They will charge you for their mistakes. The unit they sold was supposed to be eligible for a tax credit. It wasn't energy efficient enough. They took parts off the system and then charged me to reorder the parts. It took them close to a month to finish a simple job. Had to call over and over to get anything done.
