Pump It Up saved my daughter's birthday! We called Pump It Up last minute when we found Bounce U closed on the day of my daughter's party! Not only did Pump It Up fit us into their schedule, they treated my daughter like a princess. They have great parties and fun themed events. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!!!

I am shocked as to hear such a negative review on this place. Ever since, Pump It Up opened in our community, it has been great. We love the open play times, we had a fantastic birthday party for my son and they have such great community events. As for the height requirement, although, can be a great inconvenience for us as moms, (one child older, one child younger) I applaud them with enforcing the height requirement. I have worked in many church festivals and this is not their rule, this is mandated by the State of New Jersey. I doubt that they really like turning away business and disappointing a little one. This is a great place.

Each time I take my son there are different rules! First he was tall enough then he was not. It all depends on who is working! The problem is that when you are taking your child there with the hopes that he can bounce and slide to find out he is actually too short it causes much unwanted heartbreak for the child. The manager is not only a little loud but does not take responsibility for the actions of other employees! I would rather drive a couple more miles to Bounce U where the staff is friendly and has the same rules and understands parents concerns!
