WATCH IT THEY MUST BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND ARE BILLING CREDIT CARDS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION EVEN AFTER REQUESTING A CALL FROM OWNER TO EXPLAIN THEY BILLED MY CARD ON FILE. i ENDED MY MEMBERSHIP 6 MONTHS AGO WITH A MONTHS NOTICE. THIS IS THEFT BY DECEPTION. i AM PAYING THEM A PERSONAL VIST TOMORROW FOR RETRIBUTION AND EXPLANATION. aNYONE ELSE WITH PROBLEMS FACEBOOK ME

i personaly love hand and stone, never any problums with the people who work there, nothing but pure relaxation, very nice, no noise, no nail polish smells, or hair cutting like the other places ive been to. if u join u get really good prices for a year and it makes u go at least once a month for relaxation that u should do for yourself .it is well worth joining and affordable.

the owner did not honor the living social coupon for a massage and a facial. i was only able to get 1 service. there was no savings. the massage i had was ok but nothing extrodinary. the front desk girl i spoke to on the phone about the issue was not very nice or helpful.
