My approach is an action-oriented, direct, supportive, and targeted form of psychotherapy. I prefer “doing” as well as talking and push hard for results. After several years in private practice along the central coast of California, I have relocated back to my roots in New Jersey. I truly love this profession and believe that is evident in my interactions with clients. I look forward to meeting and supporting you in creating the life you deserve. To get a comprehensive understanding of you and what brings you in, initial consultations are scheduled for 2 hours. During this meeting, I can assess if, and how, I can be of help. Also important is that you will understand my approach & can decide if you are comfortable working with me. You should leave with a clearer understanding of how we might resolve the issues. In addition to individual & family therapy with adolescents and adults, I also provide psychological testing and forensic and expert witness services. My experience includes private practice, emergency room/crisis, inpatient/outpatient programs, drug and alcohol settings, federal and state prisons, forensic hospitals, and consultation with police departments, military, universities, and corporations.
