Wouldn't use this company again if life depended upon it. Overcharged me ridiculous fee initially. A year later I get a letter from IRS saying that I owe significantly more than my initial return suggested because of some things that were missed. I notified this tax agency who did my taxes, and never heard back. I paid what the IRS said I owed, because they're the IRS and I wanted to protect myself. I then tried to contact this firm AGAIN to see what the final outcome was and if I actually owed the money, or if it was a mistake. I am STILL waiting for a response. I would not advise anyone to use this agency based upon my personal experiences. I have found a new tax advisor that I am extremely pleased with and who returns my messages promptly and whose prices are extremely fair.
