Our heater just shut down today while I was changing the filter. With a cold wave coming through tonight I figured we were staying at a hotel for a few days because there was no way I would get a service guy out. I spoke with a few guys and basically was told to call the next company on the list. When I called BCR, Bob answered himself. After explaining the situation, he told me he was finishing another call and would be here in 20-30 minutes. That was an accurate time estimate! He looked at the heater, found the problem, fixed it, checked out the rest of the system and was finished quicker than it took him to get here! When he gave the the bill, I was shocked; No Emergency call fee! I thought I would get rocked since a heater at our other property just cost $350 just to be cleaned! My bill today was extremely reasonable and under $100!!!!!!!! Bob, you have new customers for life and we will recommend you to anyone!!!!! Thank You!!!!! Thank You!!!! Thank You!!!! Bob has done HVAC work for me for 7+ years. He has installed several new units for me and his work is meticulous. Prices are fair, he's trustworthy, always quick to return my calls. Went above and beyond with a emergency call before the new unit was installed. Recommended to my Sister who installed new unit and was very pleased.

I have been dealing with B.C.R. Service co. for over the past 8 years and have been nothing but pleased. Bob shows up on time, returns telephone calls in a timely manner,does high quality work at a fair price and even cleans up after himself. I have hired many many contractors in the past do do work for me and by far B.C.R. is the best in the business. I would recommend to anyone !!
