Don't waste your time because they certainly wasted mine. 2 weeks to get appointment for AC repair and then called to say they weren't coming. At least they called, right?

I had a heater and air conditioner installed Nov. 2012. Problems since the day of installation an ongoing as of today 3/13/2012. Red tagged by PSEG over a week ago. I have a 2 stage heater with the promise of 30% saving on heat. My 28 year heater was replaced still working with bills much lower. The secretary and supervisor ignore your calls, are extremely rude, cancel the appointment when you finally get one and do not stand behind their lousy work. I was told my air conditioner which didn't work on the first time was only wired wrong. Yesterday I was told the year and four month problem was only because the install technician was learning!

We purchased a new HVAC system from All Shore Inc in November of 2010. This summer begins our third season using air conditioning. On Tuesday of this week, the compressor stopped working. It is a York high efficiency unit with a 5 year warranty that stopped working due to low pressure in the system. Shoddy workmanship or a faulty unit were the only explanations I arrived at, the former being the cause, after someone from a another company assessed it and corrected it by sealing and recharging the system. When I initially called All Shore about the problem, I was told that they would not come out to look at the unit without charging a service fee. I explained that the unit was installed by them less than 3 years ago. I was then told that they would research it and get back to me. I followed up my phone call with a visit to their office and once again was stone walled, with the receptionist informing me that someone would get back to me by noon. Three days have past and I have had no action or even a conversation with anyone of authority. Today, as previously noted, I had another company seal and recharge the system. Our new HVAC system was priced at $11,000. We expected that this system, which was replacing a trouble free, but twenty-five year, old less efficient system, would be designed well and trouble free. This has turned out not to be the case. When the Medford Township inspector came to approve it when it was first installed, he rejected the design and so All-Shore had to modify it. Now two years later, the air-conditioning does not work due to a leak in the system, and they are not standing behind their work.

We had this company install heating and air since then problems with the system a couple of times.We called for service on Weds and they said they would come Fri. after a no show we called and they were backed up till next week.We explained we had a 94 year old staying with us and really needed air fixed and their reply was I guess you better call someone else. Very rude office staff. Do not use this company for any service.

MORAL OF THE STORY, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I have been using this company since I moved to New Jersey over 10 years ago. I find the office personnel/service personnel to be very courteous, responsive and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We also had air conditioner problem cause our contractor used this company as a subcontractor. Our ceiling was leaking. had them come back and they put a drainage pipe in. Now our heat is not working and has been not working for a week. could not get in touch with this company so we called a different company. Turns out they installed the whole thing improperly. The new guy that looked at it was in complete awww that someone could do this to someone else. The heater has to stay off until they can come next week to fix it and it is leaking again thru the ceiling. Me and my husband have been fighting over the whole thing cause I didn't like our original contractor either. We are planning to sue our original contractor because we have to pay for the new company to uninstall and reinstall properly. Plus our house has been at 50 degrees and space heaters are not working.

This company was a subcontractor for an addition we put on 3 1/2yrs. ago. The central air unit stopped working the other day. Took 4 phone calls in a 24hr. period to get a call back. Even though parts are covered for 5 years, charged us over $300.00 for a service call and shot of freon. If they took the time to check the freon line for a leak the quote would be a couple of thousand dollars. Not happy with time it took to get back to us, or the fact that we had to have a relatively new central air unit repaired at our cost. Would not recommend..

Contacted them for service and was told someone would get back to me...7 days later and I've never heard back. Amazing that in this economy that companies aren't tripping over each other to get your business.

We are so happy with our new installation. From the salesman to the staff in the accounting department, we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone
