The Karate School Mission: Provide martial arts and self-defense training through traditional and unconventional methods tailored to individual student abilities and skills. Make getting in shape, building self-confidence, self-respect, and self-control a fun and enjoyable experience. Enhance student training through demonstrations and seminars. Network and train with other martial artists. Foster family and community enrichment through social forum and community involvement.

We signed our 4 year-old daughter up for the Karate program. She loves it. The class is set up so the kids can all work together yet at their own speeds. The class works on helping the kids learn to respect themselves and others, as well as defending themselves against strangers. It is a great self-esteem builder. Sensei Lynn has a great way of teaching so the kids have fun while learning.
