The awning is great and we enjoy it, the sales rep and the people who installed it were great. Need to improve on returning phone calls had to leave several messages before getting responses

They arrived at our home right on time, did a great job installing our retractable awning, cleaned off the vinyl when they finished and answered all our questions when finished. We were very pleased with their workmanship and definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

Excellent product! I purchased a retractable awning for my back deck and the same for my screen porch windows. Made extremely well. Very sturdy, withstands weather. lots of fabric/colors to choose from. I get the most sun in these areas. Keeps the hot sun from baking my deck and the inside of my house. I received excellent customer service. Installers were very knowledgeable and do quality work. Owner worked with me to customize what I needed in the product while also balancing what I could afford. We are extremely satisfied with our American awning. Our back patio gets sun for most of the day. Before we had the awning, the patio would get very hot by mid-day and there was only a small area where we could sit in shade, under our table umbrella. We also had to play musical chairs as the sun moved across the sky. Now, we just open the awning in the morning and have a large shaded area for the full day. Its also great to be able to stay outside with company during a brief rain shower, especially when we are eating. Everyone that comes to our house admires its beauty and quality, and the ease of its operation with the remote control impresses everyone! We had done a lot of research and were able to find very few quality products but this is certainly one of them. It works easily and consistently and we love the fact that it requires no maintenance. The company did a great job helping us pick the right size for our yard and the crew did a fantastic job on the install.

The products were priced well. The Eclipse Awning brand is great...we've been very happy with our awning. All and all we can't say enough good things about American Awning.
