I called Benjamin Franklin Electric today and spoke with Pat ad he advised that there would be a diagnostic fee for coming out to my home to help us with an issue we were having. Well, come to find out the problem was such an easy fix, Pat was so nice and waved the fee for me. He was such a nice guy and I will definitly call Benjamin Franklin Electric if I need an electrician. Thank you Pat!!!!!
