called for price quote on removal of yellow jackets and finding the price fair set up an appointment. The man came and asked for a ladder (my husband got ours out and set it up for him) and sprayed 7-dust through a bottle that looked like a ketchup bottle and was done. When my husband asked when they would be back for the nest and was told we dont do that. was here 10 minutes and charged 100.00. When I called to complain about not removing the nest and being afraid to do it myself was told to wait til winter to remove it and basically they didnt care that i was a unhappy customer. What a rip off!!!!!
