The fellows at this store are wonderful. My family and I were traveling from Columbus to Michigan when we had a tire blow out. They were the closest place to where we broke down. Even though they were extremely busy, they got us right in and replaced our tire so we could get back on the road. Thanks so much to the guys at NTB in Marion!

Auto garages are tough places to deal with, this place is very nice and comfortable. I needed to get a lot of work done. They took the time to show me everything and I felt informed by the time I said yes to the sale.

My Porsche is my prized possession, I only let people I know work on it. This location treats it with the care that it deserves and that I demand. They put four Michelins on it and I got a $50 mail in rebate for using the NTB Card. I paid nothing and people all around my neighborhood have commented on how nice my Porsche looks with Michelin tires on it. 5 Stars.

This is a great shop with professional service. I really enjoy the work they do. The team is honest and do great work.

Order two Michelin snow tires and they called to tell me they were in and I dropped off the wheels to have them mounted on the rims and made an appointment to have them put on the car. They could not find my order in the computer and told me they could order them.........ugh!!!! Showed them my receipt and then couldn't figure out why it wasn't in the computer. He went to the back to see if they were in and lo and behold they were.
Told them if they got them mounted before my appointment that I would pick them up and install them myself. Of course I did not receive any call saying they had them mounted and balanced.
I arrived for my appointment and they looked it up and still could not find it in the computer once again. Had to showing my receipt again. Then finally said oh yeah they were already mounted and balanced on rims. Said it would be a couple minutes before they could take it in to put them on the car. 20 minutes later I told them I could pull the car around and they could throw the two tires and rims in the trunk and I would put them on myself.
Another guy comes out from the bay said well it would only be five minutes if I wanted to wait. Stupid me I said fine. Told him just to put the other wheels in the trunk off the car. Low and behold another guy comes in and says those are already mounted on regular wheels , what do you want us to do with the other wheels? is it okay to put them in the trunk..... Ugh!
45 minutes later they came out said they're pulling your car around. Not real happy at all.
Just to make it clear, so, all they had to do was to take two wheels off the car and put them in the trunk and put the other two ( already mounted and balanced) wheels on. I could have done that in 15 minutes at home. I got up several times and look through the window into the garage area and three of them we're all standing around joking, laughing, B.S.ing. Wy wife even made a comment of listening to them back there when they were supposed to be working.
Needless to say I will not be back to in twn Marion Ohio for any kind of service!!!!!

Fantastic help was provided here at all levels. This is really one of the best-run repair shops I've encountered (thanks Doug and team!) Management greeted us when we arrived, and management and technicians kept us updated throughout the repair. The desk clerk updated us on the exact repair and projected cost with great transparency. I just called them and got a quote on how much it would cost to get 4 tires put on and at first he quoted me 19.99. Once I told him I already had a quote at that price he was the only one to compete for my business. Extremely happy right now

Awful! Had tires put on, didn't balance. Shook car like crazy. Then took 3 hours to get car back in to have balanced. Still shakes at 65. Car was better off with the old tires on it. They won't fix. Says it's my car. Never shook before new tires were put on.

I got a quote for front brakes on a Hyundai Elantra. The quote 445 with rotors. Buyer beware that's a ripoff price. Pads rotors fluid is125 dollars. Those are high end rotors that leaves 320 in labor? How many hours does it take? I have done brakes on the ground with a floor jack in 1 hour. So that means 320 an hr if two hours 160 an hour? I went else where for 226 for the same work.

I bought a new set of tires for my classic 1967 Buick Skylark.The whitewalls turned yellow and would come white.I took the car back and they made everything ok with a new set of tires.Thank you Bart and Niki and everyone else who helped.Great people and a good place to go for service on your car. to let who ever know you have just lost a customer & just spent over 1,000 dollars in tire's on wife suv and i found a problem on my truck tire and since i bought my tires there i took it over there to get look at now they are telling me that i had hit some thing hard to damage side wall i watch where i go & dont go off road so spending 1,091 dollars for tire's on my truck & get told this is right
