Bob was doing some work on the rental properties on my block and was blocking a parking space of one of the tenants. When the tenant asked Bob to please move his truck Bob unloaded on him calling names, threatening assault, very unprofessional very rude, very disrespectful. I can't imagine that this company will be hired to work on our rental properties again.

Buyer Beware (Cavet Emptor)When the technician informed me that he had completed his assignment and that I should experience a better functioning furnace I was grateful for his assistance.Several weeks later my furnace failed during Presidents Day weekend with 17 temperatures. The failure lasted 6 days before F.C. Bender helped to get it operational again.Waiting for parts and service I discovered that the furnace was not properly cleaned; in fact their service caused my furnace to fail, because they used substandard practices to partially clean the blower squirrel cage. The blower assembly was not removed from the furnace to clean it with a soft bristle brush and water. A wire brush technique caused premature failure of the motor and subsequently the sophisticated and obsolete control board burned when the motor caused a feed back into the circuitry. Not only that they did not clean the air conditioner condenser AKA A-coil.
