Everyone be warned... Holiday cleaners is owned by a rude old man that wants nothing more than to rip off anyone he can so If you have elderly family member taking stuff to him to be cleaned make sure you check in and make sure their charges are legit. He took Kayleigh's dress out of town when someone here could've fixed it just to charge us more and keeping it days longer than promised, didn't fix the zipper and sent it back to us telling us it was fixed. We paid the $35.00 we were told to pay for the zipper, got home and found it was still broken, had to drop it off again to be fixed again, this time locally in Nebo, was told by his employee on the phone that we would get a refund (which she now denies saying), now he's denying us the refund we were promised, told us we owed him $20 more dollars for the 2nd repair and he kept my purchased garmet bag that I dropped the dress off in. We asked for the employee to have him call us a week ago and he did not... He admitted she told him and he just didn't call. We had to just keep showing up until we caught him there at the store and now he's saying he's gonna keep my garmet bag because I won't pay the other $20. When I told him to give the my bag or pay for it he threatened to call the cops on me. He is rude and has no customer service skills. Luckily for him he's the only dry cleaner in the county but I'm here to tell you you'd better watch out and not believe a thing he or his employees say.
