Listed a property for sale or rent with this (so called) company. Didn't receive rent for over 6 months despite repeatedly asking them to check on the tenants status. Once they told me the tenant was out, I went to the house to find the tenant there. After I was able to gain access, we found that the property was destroyed. Realty company didn't think it was too bad. Requested help with filing a claim and was told they would help, but never received anything to help with the claim. I'm out about $40K and no end in site. We asked them to check on the property while we were living abroad (in the USAF), but they repeatedly said the tenant was reliable. I hope everyone reads this, because no one should use this so-called real estate company in the future.
