Extremely unprofessional. I walked in with my grandchildren for an appointment. The place knocked me over with the smell of cigarette smoke. Since my two month old granddaughter has emphysema, I had to tell them I would have to reschedule when I didn't have the babies with me. (It was so bad it made me nauseous and do to my allergies caused my throat to burn) I did call them back and was told very rudely that I wasn't welcome back. I did try to explain the health issues of my granddaughter but was hung up on. They are very rude and very unprofessional and outside of being cheap, well, that's the only reason a person would go there, otherwise you would just go to a professional.

Horrible business Shirly rips people off & is doing illegal returns for people who work offshore. She will not return your phone call once she finds out you are being audited. She knows what she is doing is wrong also. So watch out when you go to her.
