Being there was one of the worst experience I've had in my life. The staff there have no comparison for the people that are homeless and have to resort the being there. They talk to you as if you are beneath them. It's roach infested and the front of the building is well ventilated while the room have little to no airflow. I'm usually not the type of person to be critical but but this place is really bad. The first time I googled this place and it was listed as an animal shelter I thought it was an honest mistake but I'm starting to think these people honestly look at us like animals instead of people. Staff are extremely rude and I've seen people walk out and live in there car because of it.

Most of the staff and volunteers are rude and only concerned with enforcing the rules not caring for, encouraging or helping the residents and there doesn't seem to be any Christian values.
