Poor workmanship resulted in damages both to driveway area NOT near the fence and also to area where the fence was installed. Lots of concrete was splattered on the driveway and left to dry. Major landscaping border by the driveway was dislodged by cement truck and not repaired. Fencing was installed at irregular, uneven levels and had to be redone. They did not follow agreed upon diagram and promises of satisfaction made by management were not carried out. Expensive metal fencing material was inferior, gate fasteners and locks kept falling apart and post screws kept falling out. Finished product far below expectations and NO reduction for damages in the thousands of cost. They left concrete on driveway, gates unlockable, landscape border unrepaired, fence uneven and then sued us too. At court, the judge ordered then to reduce the cost of the fence by $1500. Good example why monopolies don't work. Make the effort and employ a competitor.
