Came in for hair cut and should of gotten what I wanted but was told it wouldn't work and didn't even cut straight on neck line. Left a tail on neck line line. REALLY!!My mother in-law brought in my daughter a few months ago for hair cut and highlights. My daughter said shoulders and it's to chin and one side longer than other. So when someone ask for shoulder length when does it mean to chin? This really upset my daughter and wouldn't of said anything but left dissatisfied last night.

Very poor customer service. No designated person at front desk or to answer phone so there were interruptions when trying to check in/out. I don't mind waiting- especially walking in but, be honest with customers on time frame. Our time is just as valuable as yours. Also, un-clutter and clean the place!! Edgy and eclectic may be your goal but, it comes off as trashy.

i was pretty pleased with the service and the people that work there. did a good job on my hair. wasnt happy when i looked on my bank account and they charged me two times. i called and she said she was going to refund the money and it should be in my account monday which is today,and it still isnt in my account.

This place is cool! The people who work there are actually happy to see a customer walk thru the door! Most salons seem to look at you like you are invading thier turf when you 1st come in. Not this place- they all take time to say "hi!" and acknowledge you. I have been going to Hotheads for a good while now and have always loved what they do to my hair! will keep going back

This place is the BEST place to get an experienced stylist that also has pesonality ! They actually listen to what you want..instead of doing what THEY want...
