IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. IF YOU EXPECT TO HAVE YOUR PROPERTY PROTECTED, AVOID AT ALL COST! After paying nearly $200 a month for "climate controlled" storage, these people plowed snow against the door which melted and ran under the doors. Even though I was in a middle unit, my things were soaked and covered in mold. They refused to do anything about it saying "they were not responsible for ANYTHING". Climate control apparently doesn't guarantee protection, even from their negligence.
