Rita has worked to develop her artistic talents on her own over the years and made a business of doing other animal lovers pet portraits from their photos. She has been listed in the Whos Who World Wide Registry, Whos Who of American Women, Whos Who in Executives and Professionals books over the years she has won many National awards for her art as well as regional and local awards. Her art has been published in magazines, such as Over the Back Fence, Perfect Horse and the Buckeye Artisan and is hanging in such noted homes and businesses as Doris Days California, Mount Carmel home, Big Browns portrait at Three Chimney Farms in Lexington, Kentucky, and numerous other homes and businesses around the world.
