Pulled up to a gas pump, had to go in to pay,went back out to pump gas,pump didn't work, walked back in,some woman said I was doing it wrong, said she would reset it, after 10 MORE mi nutes of standing in the cold, it STILL didn't work,walked back in for the third time,woman had disappeared. Other cashier had 5 people in line, said she didn't know what to do,walked back out to my car, a TOTAL stranger offered to help, it still didn't, walked back in AGAIN,I told other cashier SOMEBODY needs to get me mt gas or give me my money back, she did,walked back out and left with NO GAS!! What kind of untrained monkeys do they have working there? They were just NOT going to help,never mind that I had NO gas or that I just came from my Chemo treatment, it was FREEZING outside, they just didn't give a crap,didnt have a CLUE what they were doing. I called back after I was on the way to another gas station and some MGR. told me I could "come back, they would help this time", NO thanks, NEVER again.
